Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the shipping, receiving, and stocking of finished goods to meet customer demands. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and/or tablet to complete shipments
  • Pulling, packaging, and palletizing products for shipment to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments meet our quality standards
  • Receiving, stocking, and rotating product inventory to maintain optimal levels
  • Creating and applying shipping documents to facilitate efficient logistics
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support the team's goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping operations
  • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Strong focus on safety and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as operate large equipment. The work environment may involve exposure to varying conditions, including temperature fluctuations and noise levels.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.10, as well as quarterly bonuses/commissions and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
