Contract Logistics Coordinator

A key role in our team, the Contract Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for receiving shipments and facilitating outgoing shipments of packages in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify package contents and investigate discrepancies
  • Inspect shipments and record/report damage
  • Coordinate the delivery of incoming items to their final location
  • Ensure timely completion and filing of paperwork using Good Documentation Practices
  • Manage chemical and reagent inventory, shipments, and tracking
  • Package and schedule outgoing shipments with freight companies
  • Support lab moving and re-organization
  • Develop and maintain operational SOPs
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficient solutions
  • Maintain safe and efficient work areas in adherence with regulations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
