About the JobThis position is ideal for highly motivated respiratory therapists who want to collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care for patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing physician-directed respiratory care interventions and working cooperatively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement respiratory care plans for individual patients or groups of patients
- Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to meet those needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (or equivalent)
- Active NBRC RRT certification and state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
