ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Financial Operations Associate, you will be integral in the evaluation and processing of sub-recipients' single audit reporting packages within the Sub-recipient Single Audit Desk Review Unit. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, which governs Uniform Administrative, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. This role will also involve supporting grant management tasks, identifying federal funding opportunities, and monitoring authorized federal grant expenditures to optimize resource allocation.

WORK SCHEDULE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- Full-time employment.
- Standard work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 60-minute lunch break.
- Telework: Opportunities for full-time telework may be available, with occasional in-office requirements as necessary. A secure high-speed internet connection is essential for teleworking.
- Equipment pickup and attendance at periodic meetings will be required at your own expense.
- Salary: The starting salary may be non-negotiable in certain cases.
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years as an Accounting Assistant (commonwealth title) with completion of 21 college credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting; or
- Two years as a Fiscal Technician (commonwealth title) with completion of 21 college credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting; or
- A bachelor's degree with at least 21 credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes 21 college credits in accounting and an additional 3 credits in finance or accounting.
Applicants nearing graduation with a qualifying degree will be considered to have met the educational requirements.

- Applicants must meet the residency requirements of Pennsylvania.
- Ability to perform essential job functions is required.
