We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Director, Industry Building Channel to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our Commercial Organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement across our local organizational units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
- Lead and manage programs and cadences to support the Commercial Organization
- Collaborate with local leadership to ensure alignment with global strategy
- Facilitate significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets
- Track progress and value through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Engineering or High School Diploma with relevant experience
- 12 years of relevant experience (sales and industry experience preferred)
- Previous Key Account Management experience or strategic experience at the national level is preferred
