Job Title: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Los Angeles Center for Ear Nose Throat and Allergy. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and greeting patients and visitors, answering inquiries, and verifying insurance information.
  • Scheduling appointments, communicating with patients, and optimizing patient satisfaction and physician time.
  • Preparing lab requisition forms, recording patient information, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of front desk reception experience in a medical setting.
  • Ear Nose Throat & Allergy specialty clinic experience preferred.
  • Must be bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • General knowledge of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality.
