Magnet Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team as a Travel ICU RN. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- 2+ years of experience in Critical Care Nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
