  • Lead and mentor technical staff to cultivate a high-performing team.

  • Delegate tasks and oversee junior consultants and technicians.
  • Supervise technical staff and provide training on specialized software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering.
  • Proven project management experience within multidisciplinary teams and in client development.
  • Professional Engineering license in California or a state with comity.
  • Geotechnical Engineering license in California.
  • Advanced knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, particularly in foundation design and seismic hazard evaluation.
  • Familiarity with landslide stabilization techniques is advantageous.
  • Proficient in preparing and reviewing reports, plans, specifications, and estimates.
  • Competent in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and related software.
  • Experience with specialized analysis software (e.g., Flac, GeoStudio, Mathcad) is beneficial.
