This role may also involve delivering requested items to guest rooms and operating the shuttle van as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a friendly and service-oriented approach in all interactions with guests and team members.
  • Adhere to attendance policies in accordance with company standards, with schedules that may vary based on hotel needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including proper uniform and identification.
  • Follow all safety and operational protocols to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Provide turndown service for assigned guest accommodations.
  • Refresh and clean guest rooms as required.
  • Restock guest room supplies as necessary during each shift.
  • Complete pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing supplies for housekeeping carts.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms promptly.
  • Keep hallways, public areas, and storage closets clean and organized.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager immediately.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
