Program Manager Job Description

Flex is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of customer-focused products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
