Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership that is consistent with our established Mission Statement and Core Values. You will be the Team Leader of your Branch within 2 years and fostering our company culture will be critical to yours and the Branch's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Provide actionable analysis of financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) to assist in managing branch operations and determine efficient improvements. The key metric for measuring financial performance is return on capital (ROC). You will be driving the metrics for your New Team branch.
  • Branch Operations: Assist in all aspects of the branch, including learning all that you can to assure your leadership success, branch success, and company success.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment, and to develop and retain top talent within the branch.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a heavy industry or logistics company.
  • Skills: Strong communication, mathematical, and reasoning skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
