Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing mail, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assist the executive assistant with tasks such as scheduling tours and preparing meeting materials.
  • Support the sales department with expense report reconciliation and meeting preparation.
  • Aid the HR team with onboarding, credentialing, and new employee training processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
