Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience (1 year) required
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends
  • Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to client needs
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Maintain patient/client confidentiality and high level of integrity
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Bilingual preference given
  • Other duties as assigned
