We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join our Carrier Practice Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strategic relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of up to 25 dedicated clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Develop and implement service plans to capture client goals and ensure progress, using data to tell a compelling story and present findings confidently to clients and management.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop solutions to meet their needs, aligning internal resources to support client goals.
- Identify and rectify issues early to limit downside surprises and proactively work with management to plan for and ensure maximum retention rate.
- Lead group meetings and provide value-added input, synthesizing summaries for senior leadership and providing direct, honest feedback to team members regarding performance.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience in account management and occupational accident insurance.
- Insurance license required.
- Ability to travel for client needs, including claim reviews and stewardship discussions.
