Voucher Examiner and Payroll Support

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Voucher Examiner and Payroll Support at Equus Workforce Solutions. This dynamic position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong accounting skills to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for examining vouchers and payroll information to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will also prepare and process vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records. Additionally, you will provide support to the project accountant and assist with the forecasting process.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:
  • Examine vouchers and payroll information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
  • Provide support to the project accountant.
  • Assist with the forecasting process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or general education diploma.
  • College-level accounting courses or equivalent accounting and bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong Excel, QuickBooks, email, general ledger, and organizational skills.
  • An ability to multitask and learn new applications.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
