Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processing Specialist to support our mission of delivering exceptional service to clients. This entry-level, full-time position offers great opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing timesheets, calculating payrolls, and processing them to completion. Additionally, they will serve as a key resource for payroll-related queries from external business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation, review, and processing of payrolls.
  • FOLLOW A SET SCHEDULE FOR EACH CLIENT'S PAYROLL CALENDAR TO ENSURE SEAMLESS OPERATION.
  • Create system-based and custom reports for external partners to provide transparency and support their needs.
  • Research and follow up on payroll-related questions with the goal of resolving problems efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or payroll fields is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking enable you to adapt to changing needs.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation Package

OPOC.us offers a competitive compensation package, including a 401K with company matching, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and generous paid time off.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
