Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dishwasher/Back-of-House Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dishwashing and Cleanliness: Follow our rigorous dishwashing process to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team members to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Efficiency: Maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Technology: Utilize our business technology applications to streamline our operations and improve efficiency.
  • Kitchen Equipment: Safely and properly operate our kitchen equipment and utensils, maintaining a high level of performance and efficiency.

Requirements

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: $15-18 per hour (hourly wage + tips).
  • Benefits: Tips ($3-$5 an hour extra), sampling cookies, 50% off cookies, regular performance collaboration and career growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, recognition awards, and Sundays off.
