POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary role of this position is to evaluate residents' needs, create personalized care plans, deliver nursing services, assess nursing interventions, and oversee nursing aides and other staff in providing care.
This oversight must comply with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the directives from the Director of Nursing Services or their designee, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently maintained.
Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies while upholding established standards of practice as outlined by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
Must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
Must possess a valid CPR certification.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow both verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directives.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in fulfilling job responsibilities.
Capability to observe proper safety and sanitation protocols.
Availability to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Full-Time Positions Available
Shifts Required: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
Compensation:
$30.00-$33.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $6,000 (distributed quarterly during the first year)
