About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Defense Industrial Base Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Department of Defense's (DoD) Defense Industrial Base (DIB) sector risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support DIB sector risk management by engaging with key stakeholders from across the U.S. Government, running working groups and interagency forums, coordinating key policy and guidance documents, and developing and delivering presentations on the status of DIB and critical infrastructure.
  • Assess sector risk by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating threats and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders in the DoD and other U.S. Government agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide analytical support to senior leaders on DIB sector risk management issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the DIB sector and provide recommendations to senior leaders on how to address emerging risks.
Requirements
  • Experience working with U.S. Government agencies with a critical infrastructure and homeland defense mission.
  • Knowledge of the critical infrastructure and defense industrial base sector.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense policy coordination mechanisms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with senior leaders verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to assist with writing policy memoranda and reports at the executive level with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and analysis into a broad array of subjects.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Master's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and the National Security Council.
  • Experience managing a Government working group or other policy coordination forum and hosting events or conferences.
  • Top Secret clearance.
Clearance
