Position Summary:
The Care Services Coordinator (CSC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of care services while providing support to team members, guests, volunteers, and the broader community. This position involves coordinating team schedules, confirming service availability, and collaborating with community partners to enhance service delivery.

Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Work Schedule:
Full-Time - Flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM; including weekends and holidays as required

Compensation: Salary based on experience (non-exempt/hourly)

Career Responsibilities:
The CSC is responsible for managing the use of facilities for events and meetings, ensuring a respectful, safe, and clean environment for service delivery. This role includes active engagement with volunteers, guests, and the community, overseeing case managers and intake specialists, including their onboarding, scheduling, training, recognition, and performance evaluations. The CSC also participates in providing services to guests and the community, creating and adjusting schedules for community partners.

Administrative responsibilities include providing data analysis for key performance indicators, tracking case management, and community partner engagement metrics.

This position will adapt as the organization expands its services, including transitional living and aftercare programs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
  • Extended computer use; exposure to computer screens.
  • Variable temperatures based on activities; exposure to indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Noise levels may vary depending on activities and locations.
