Job Summary

The Staff Customer Engineer will provide technical support and advice to Astronics' customers during the evaluation and integration of our Aircraft Power Control (APC) products.

This role requires an understanding of power electronics, aircraft systems, and software technical skills, as well as excellent communication skills to work with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new or prospective customer evaluations of APC products into their aircraft platforms.
  • Enhance the customer experience of our products by ensuring they know, understand, and enjoy our products.
  • Coordinate and advise on the development of tools that our customers need to evaluate or integrate our systems into their aircraft.
  • Communicate and collaborate with key engineering, program management, business development, APC leadership, and other groups to ensure customer needs are well coordinated.
  • Grow the customer relationship with Astronics.
Requirements
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in Systems Engineering & Aircraft Power Systems.
  • Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible.
