Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment plants, ensuring efficient and effective removal of harmful materials and chemicals.
- Monitor and control equipment, processes, and water quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular tests and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Operate and maintain pumps, motors, and filtration systems, ensuring optimal water quality and flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including fixing chemical leaks and oxygen deficiencies.
- Candidate must possess a valid C Wastewater Operator's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in wastewater treatment preferred.
