Job Overview

LandPro Equipment, LLC is seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and direct the workload of the Service Department to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in the appraisal of repair orders and participate in repairs as necessary.
  • Direct and assist in the diagnosis of machine problems and recommend new tooling as required.
  • Bill workday time on work orders and assist in repairs as directed.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-house technician training and assist the Service Manager with quarterly safety meetings.
  • May fill the Service Manager role in their absence and approve the release of equipment for delivery to customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician with agriculture industry/Ag equipment experience.
  • Ability to lead others and write/speak effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience and a forklift license preferred.
