Reliability Specialist

The Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of Kerry's manufacturing systems. This position requires a strong background in engineering, reliability, and maintenance, with a focus on preventing failures, maximizing operational performance, and extending asset lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement and execute maintenance excellence programs, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Lead and support analysis of equipment failures, using problem-solving tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with project teams to develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies for new assets, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with procurement to evaluate and select MRO suppliers and 3rd party maintenance service providers.
- Provide maintenance and reliability expertise to other functions within Kerry, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in engineering, reliability, maintenance, or a related field.
- Practical experience in continuous improvement methodology and tools.
- Manufacturing background in Food & Beverage or Chemical industries.
- Professional certification as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred.
Kerry offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $62,000 to $92,000 annually, based on education, work experience, certifications, and location. Additional benefits include incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution.
