The Department of English at the University of California, Irvine invites applications for part-time lecturer positions to teach fields of British and American literature in the English 102 series. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach a variety of courses, including Topics in 20th Century Literature, Topics in 18th and 19th Century English Literature, and Topics in Medieval and/or Early Modern Literature.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in British and American literature, including Topics in 20th Century Literature, Topics in 18th and 19th Century English Literature, and Topics in Medieval and/or Early Modern Literature.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
