Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our RISC GDA team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and analysis. Your responsibilities will include creating automated reports and dashboards, partnering with stakeholders to understand challenges, and providing data support to address escalations and answer questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to improve decision-making
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and correlations
  • Design and execute analytical projects using statistical analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Provide data support for business and technical stakeholders
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in business or financial analysis, product costing, procurement, or a quantitative role
  • Expertise in SQL queries and business intelligence reporting using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and make sound business decisions

Estimated Salary: $123,750/year - $175,000/year (based on location)
