Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our Salesforce implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Business Product Owners to design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and QA analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM 201, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desired.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience of leading a team of 50 or more.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
