Role Overview
The Athletic Ticketing department is focused on delivering an exceptional fan experience in a secure, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. Our aim is to ensure that every event is memorable and encourages guests to return. The Game Day staff will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, and being approachable, reliable, and punctual. These roles are casual, averaging 19 hours or less per week, and do not include benefits.

Game Day Staff Positions Include:

  • Ticket Seller: Requires familiarity with computer systems and cash handling. Must complete University PCI training and operate a POS sales system for ticketed events.
  • Usher/Ticket Taker: Assists guests by collecting or scanning tickets, providing directions, and ensuring compliance with event policies.
  • Parking Attendant: Manages vehicle payments, verifies pre-purchased passes, and directs guests to parking options while enforcing policies.
Expectations for All Game Day Staff:
  • Assist with athletic events throughout the academic year.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to event policies to ensure guest and employee safety.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting all guests upon arrival.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide assistance.
  • Resolve issues at events promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors, including during adverse weather conditions.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Additional Information:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Compliance with NCAA employment regulations is required. No visa sponsorship is available for these positions.
