Position Overview:
As a Commercial Tire Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sales, maintenance, and servicing of commercial tires and wheels. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation and upkeep of tires and wheels, including repairs, rotations, and inflation.
  • Attach and rebalance wheels, as well as install, rebuild, and calibrate Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
  • Maintain cleanliness of tires and wheels, and conduct battery testing and installation.
  • Utilize and care for service equipment while assisting fellow team members.
  • Conduct test drives and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road assistance.

In this role, you will also be responsible for promoting store sales and engaging customers using the Best Tire Value Promise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Experience Requirements:
Les Schwab provides a variety of training opportunities to develop your skills in this field.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical requirements include frequent lifting of weights between 35-75 pounds, as well as bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay for this position is $23.75 per hour. For full-time roles, once eligibility criteria are met, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
