Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Specialist to join our team at Empower Behavioral Health LLC. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to patients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to patients in a clinic-based day program
  2. Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  3. Use technology, such as Catalyst and Central Reach, to track and record patient progress
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company standards and protocols

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or special education)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with patients with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
