We are seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Empower Behavioral Health LLC.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide clinic-based ABA services to our patients and their families, supervising the implementation of treatment plans to ensure satisfactory outcomes. This role requires conducting initial and follow-up assessments, developing individualized behavior acquisition programs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ABA services to clients, adhering to best practices and industry standards
  • Supervise treatment implementation, ensuring protocols are followed effectively
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop behavior acquisition programs, and implement data collection systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient outcomes, participate in department meetings, and contribute to staff development
  • Maintain BCBA certification, state licensure, and adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current Board certification as a BCBA and Texas licensure
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
