Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Help clients improve quality of life, increase independence, and have meaningful participation in the community.
- Behavior Management: Provide specified behavior management techniques to eliminate or manage behavioral concerns.
- Plan Development: Develop and modify person-centered behavior support plans based on observations and feedback from Individual Support Team (IST) and support staff.
- Training and Support: Train and support IST and support staff in implementing behavior support plans and addressing behavior concerns.
- Plan Review: Complete quarterly review of plans, determine success, and modify plan as needed.
- Education: Completed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Special Education OR be a licensed marriage/family therapist, clinical social worker, or mental health counselor.
- Certification: Completed and maintained state certification.
- Flexibility: Flexible working hours based on client needs.
- Student Loan Assistance: Up to $50 monthly in student loan assistance.
