- Conduct daily nursing assessments on new patients, collaborating with RNs to formulate care plans and chart progress in our Electronic Health Record.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, making regular rounds to observe, assess, and meet patient needs.
- Document patient progress, including complaints, observations, and condition changes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
- Participate in continuing education and in-service programs to enhance patient care and professional growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure as an LPN in the State of Montana.
- Current CPR training and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
This role involves working in an office environment with moderate noise levels, requiring occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and frequent use of a keyboard. Normal vision abilities are required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus.
