Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide superior service to customers at our branch, in person and via phone, the Famous Way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Understand customer needs
  • Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Process and schedule customer orders
  • Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
  • Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
  • Keep counter area clean and organized

Requirements

  • Technical HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to use computer
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
