Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join our corporate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reconciliation of various bank accounts with the general ledger.
- Investigate bank transactions across multiple accounts.
- Manage the collection of payments via Automated Clearing House (ACH).
- Document and allocate all treasury transactions, ensuring accurate posting to the general ledger.
- Oversee the maintenance and coding of the company credit card system.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and prepare necessary reports.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in treasury operations is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software is essential.
