Job Overview

Discovery Senior Living is a leading provider of senior housing and care services, with a portfolio of upscale communities across the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our home office team in Bonita Springs, FL.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, including account reconciliation, payment processing, and general ledger maintenance. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in bank activity, ensuring timely and accurate posting to the general ledger.
  • Collect and process payments submitted via ACH, ensuring timely and accurate recording of treasury activity.
  • Maintain and update the company credit card system, ensuring accurate coding and reconciliation of expenses.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures, including report preparation and analysis.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Three years of related experience in treasury or accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
