Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Dialysis team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis program.

Responsibilities
  • Administer dialysis treatment and monitor patient status for changes in treatment parameters.
  • Provide on-going support to RN for care of primary patients, including completion of monthly multidisciplinary form, monitoring and updating immunization and vascular access records, performing quarterly medication reviews, and biannual emergency disconnect teaching.
  • Demonstrate organizational ability and prioritize actions based upon clinical staff and unit needs.
Requirements
  • One (1) year of clinical experience, acute care preferred.
  • Strong customer service, computer, and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, kind, and patient-focused attitude.
