Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Hemodialysis team at St. Mary's in Rochester. As a Nurse in this role, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical status and provide regular updates to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans under the direction of the Registered Nurse, including initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments.
  • Administer IVP medications to dialysis patients and complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Train new employees and provide guidance and oversight to less experienced staff members.
Requirements
  • BLS certification and LPN licensure in New York State.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
