Key Responsibilities:- Manage nursing responsibilities during each shift, including assigning patient assignments and medication orders.
- Train new hires and ensure a safe environment for staff and patients.
- Provide efficient, timely, and knowledgeable care while ensuring patient satisfaction in every interaction.
- Lead by example and ensure that our values are reflected in your staff at all times.
- Current NYS RN license required.
- 2 years minimum experience as an RN in an Oncology setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (current enrollment in BSN program required).
- Full-time position.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- High level of familiarity with NYCBS policies and procedures.
- Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in ONCOemr.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Attendance to all mandatory nursing meetings.
- Salary up to $115,000 annually.
- Tuition Reimbursement.
