Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary practice team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, children, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessment and counseling support for mental, emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
- Assist patients in learning effective tools to cope with stress, grief, and loss, and to make healthy behavioral changes.
- Work in partnership with physicians, other health practitioners, and administrative staff on care coordination and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with other psychotherapists to implement and sustain best practices in the area of psychotherapy and guided imagery.
- Master's degree in a Mental Health discipline or equivalent education/experience.
- LCSW, LMFT, or PSY licensure in California.
- 2 years of recent relevant experience in group therapy.
- Ability to assess patient needs, provide high-quality psychotherapy, and work effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- A comprehensive benefits package.
- A competitive salary range of $54.62 to $73.72 per hour (Psychologist Pay Range: $49.43 to $74.15 per hour).
