Sleep Medicine Specialist

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our sleep medicine team. As a hospital-employed Advanced Practice Provider, you will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with certified sleep educators and provide healthcare services to patients by following established standards, procedures, and practices.
Job Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art sleep center that has received national accreditation from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. You will be responsible for obtaining detailed patient histories, performing physical examinations, instructing patients on prescribed therapeutic regimens, and evaluating outcomes of direct patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an American Medical Association approved Physician Assistant educational program.
- 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in specialty area.
- Licensed with the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation with advanced certification by a national certifying organization recognized by the Vermont Nursing Board's scope of practice.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
