Manufacturing Specialist

Cirtec Medical is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of sterile and non-sterile medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate workstations for manufacturing processes, ensuring standard functionality.
- Load component materials into product-specific tools and follow established documentation, safety procedures, GMPs, GDP, quality system guidelines, and company policies.
- Conduct in-process visual and dimensional inspections, accurately documenting work and recognizing and communicating quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Associate's degree or 2-4 years' experience in the medical device industry preferred.
- 1 year's experience in a technical field, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to provide detailed information for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturing preferred.
