Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as Senior Trust Advisor
    • Manage a portfolio of wealth management clients by working closely with client service teams, clients, and their professional advisors to understand their needs and goals.
    • Provide proactive client contact through written and verbal communication, exhibiting excellent time management skills.
    • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of governing documents and account agreements, as well as fiduciary duties and applicable laws.
    • Lead client conversations for Goals Driven Wealth Management and provide advice on NT's products/services, emerging issues, and regulatory/tax changes.
  • Serving as Senior Fiduciary Officer
    • Provide regional oversight of fiduciary, compliance, and risk-related matters, including monitoring and resolution.
    • Be available for consultation on day-to-day matters involving trust administration, risk management, and compliance.
    • Support the implementation of national initiatives and programs, lending advisory expertise to business development opportunities.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Participate in developing the fiduciary strategic plan and set goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
    • Cultivate relationships with referral sources and centers of influence to build the business.
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge of fiduciary and financial products and services.
  • Technical knowledge of investments, tax, legal, and operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of fiduciary standards, principles, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, problem resolution, delegation, and leadership.
Experience

A minimum of 10 years' experience as a lead relationship manager in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields. A legal background or commensurate experience is strongly preferred.
