Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of warehouse managers and associates to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HACCP

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data
  • Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, and HACCP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
