About the Role

Drive Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technician to join their team in Lansdale, PA. As a GIS Technician, you will play a key role in servicing clients such as PennDOT and other transportation agencies with various GIS-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform GIS analysis and configure ESRI software
  • Maintain LRS data workflows and develop road inventory data
  • Reference transportation assets and re-engineer business processes
  • Analyze datasets and integrate business systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, planning, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience with GIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • CAD design software knowledge is a plus
  • PennDOT standards and permitting knowledge is strongly preferred
