We are seeking a skilled Transportation Planning and Engineering Specialist to join our team at Drive Engineering, a leading provider of Transportation Planning and Engineering consulting services in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The selected candidate will be responsible for GIS analysis, ESRI software configuration, LRS data maintenance workflows, road inventory data development, location referencing transportation assets, business process re-engineering, dataset analysis, and integrating business systems for clients including PennDOT.

To succeed in this role, you will need a BS or MS degree in engineering, planning, or a related field, and excellent oral and written communication and time management skills. Experience with GIS and Microsoft Office Suite is required, with CAD design software a plus. Knowledge and experience with PennDOT standards and permitting is strongly preferred.
