Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design visual assets for various marketing materials, including packaging, motion graphics, social media, website, advertising, infographics, banners, sell sheets, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with our brand's tone, style, and values.
  • Assist in photo retouching, color-correcting, and compositing.
  • Develop and edit video assets for social media and digital advertising.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
  • Oversee physical samples, proofing, and press checks to ensure asset quality.
  • Work directly with external contractors or agencies to ensure on-brand packaging completion.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of graphic design experience with a CPG brand or agency.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
  • Proficient illustrative skills.
  • Experience in food or beverage web/e-commerce is preferred.
  • Experience in animations and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge in 3D modeling/texture rendering and animation.
  • Proficient in the packaging process.
  • Understanding of materials, ink, and packaging process.
  • Ability to work quickly on tight deadlines while upholding the highest quality output.
  • Ability to operate independently while establishing strong work relationships.
