Job Summary:

The HR Administrator will manage the company's Human Resources functions, including plans, policies, benefits, and procedures for all employees. This role oversees employee relations, recruitment, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • ADP Workforce Management: Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Administer and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee health, welfare, and retirement plans, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, disability, workers' compensation, FMLA, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt employees, as well as temporary workers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in general HR functions.
Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
