We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team at TSE Industries. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and technologies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve product quality and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
- Conduct research and development to identify new technologies and processes that can be applied to our operations
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for process operations
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth process execution
- Identify and implement process safety improvements to ensure a safe working environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This position will require frequent travel to production facilities and occasional work in a laboratory setting. The employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. The employee will be required to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
