Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve product quality and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure smooth process execution

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This position will require frequent travel to production facilities and occasional work in a laboratory setting. The employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. The employee will be required to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
