Position Overview: Technical Solutions Analyst
The Technical Solutions Analyst is vital in providing outstanding support and service to our clientele. We are in search of a detail-oriented individual who upholds the highest standards of precision and quality in alignment with established protocols and technologies. This role is part of a collaborative team comprising software engineers, sales, marketing, and implementation experts, all dedicated to ensuring client success and supporting internal initiatives.
The selected candidate will implement technical solutions necessary for our DESTINI Suite of Products. They will possess the ability to grasp the overall vision while paying attention to intricate details, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes, resolving issues, and maintaining proactive communication with clients until resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit genuine concern for the success of clients and team members.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for client support and explore innovative solutions to their challenges.
- Within the initial period, gain familiarity with training, tools, and processes utilized in support operations.
- Respond promptly to incoming requests and prioritize them effectively.
- Update and enhance content for our Support Community and Knowledge-base to promote client self-sufficiency.
- Utilize online and remote connectivity tools proficiently.
- Possess knowledge of servers, Azure, AWS, and MSQL databases as advantageous.
- Analyze extensive data sets using SQL or similar query tools.
- Understand business analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Crystal reporting.
30-60-90 Day Objectives:
First 30 Days:
- Complete onboarding process.
- Meet with management to establish objectives for the upcoming weeks.
- Familiarize with departmental processes and systems.
- Shadow team members to learn workflows.
- Initiate application training.
- Learn frequently asked questions to begin addressing basic inquiries.
Next 60 Days:
- Continue shadowing team members and participate in support calls.
- Advance application training.
- Attend client support and working sessions.
- Get introduced to bug tracking and enhancement requests.
- Begin setting up user environments.
- Focus on a specific area of expertise.
Final 90 Days:
- Handle incoming support tickets with minimal supervision.
- Complete any outstanding application training.
- Schedule meetings with clients to address inquiries.
- Assume primary responsibilities in assigned areas.
- Review progress and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Set objectives for continued success.
